Terms and Conditions for Classes
Imagine This Presents reserves the right to accept and/or exclude students at its discretion. Completion of an application form does not guarantee a place in the classes. To provide the best learning experience, Imagine This Presents may move students between groups if needed, considering factors including, but not limited to, class size, student experience, and individual skills and abilities. Approval from parent or guardian will be obtained prior to doing so.
Enrollment is subject to available space, and decisions will be made at our discretion. Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in the program. Once registered, there is a $25 administrative fee to change programs, space permitting.
Class times and dates are subject to change. Students will be informed via the provided contact email with as much notice as possible.
Personal data collected from registered students will be stored securely and kept in the strictest confidence. This information will not be shared with any third parties. Information provided may be used solely by Imagine This Presents for contact and marketing purposes.
Fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot. Registration assumes a commitment to the full length of the class.
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the first class start date will receive a refund, minus a $25 administrative fee per student. Cancellations made within 30 days of the class start date may be eligible for a credit, less a $25 administrative fee per student. This credit can be applied to future classes within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to class availability and at the discretion of Imagine This Presents. Payment of the administrative fee, along with any additional costs for a higher-priced class, is required at the time of rebooking. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing hello@imaginethispresents.com.
Imagine This is committed to conducting all scheduled classes as planned. However, in the event of an unavoidable disruption due to an "Act of God" including but not limited to snow days, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures, we reserve the right to cancel classes without liability. While we will make every reasonable effort to provide a makeup class if scheduling permits, this cannot be guaranteed. Imagine This shall not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such cancellations.
If credits and refunds are issued, it is at the discretion of Imagine This Presents. Credits for fees granted are valid for future registrations up to 12 months from the date of issue. Classes can commence later than this 12-month window to register. Credits are valid solely for the original registrant and cannot be transferred to another individual, refunded, or converted to cash. Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original method of payment, less an administrative fee. Refunds and credits, if applicable, will be based solely on class tuition and will exclude any original credit card transaction fees.
Imagine This Presents reserves the right to make changes to staff as needed. We occasionally record video and take photographs during classes for internal marketing and promotional use. This material will not be shared with third parties, and no name credits will be given. If you prefer your child not to be recorded, please inform us in writing before the first class begins.
Imagine This Presents and its staff’s liability is limited solely to gross negligence during scheduled program times.
Parents must collect students promptly at the end of each class day. We are unable to offer after-class care due to venue restrictions. Late pickups beyond a 15-minute grace period will incur a $25 fee for every 15 minutes of additional time, at the discretion of Imagine This Presents.
We respect the privacy of our participants and are committed to protecting any personal information shared with us. This information will be used solely for valid business purposes or as required by legislation. By registering for our classes, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
